The Talent Development Operations team is part of Global People Operations and supports the operational delivery of Talent Development servicesacrosslearning deployment, onboarding, early careers, CPD administration, Workday Learning operations, reporting, process support and stakeholder coordination.

The team enables Talent Development programs and processes to run consistently, efficientlyand atscale. It partners with Learning Development and Deployment COE teams, People Strategy, business learning teams, People Operations, HR IT, HR Service Center, Strada and other internal and external partners to support effective delivery of learning and talent development services.

The Talent Development Senior Specialist - Analytics & Projects supports the team by coordinating priority projects, maintaining delivery visibility, preparing reporting and insight materials, and helping improve processes, documentation and ways of working across the Talent Development Operations scope.


GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:

The Talent Development Senior Specialist- Analytics & Projects delivers effective, high-quality project managementandanalytics support forstrategicTalent Development initiatives. This role helps strengthen Talent Development operations by coordinating priorityprojects, enabling data-informed decisions, and supporting continuous improvementacrossthe function.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

The colleague is responsible for:

  • Partner with Talent Development leaders and stakeholders to execute strategic projects aligned to global and regional priorities.
  • Provide end-to-end project management support, including project planning, timelines, governance, stakeholder coordination, risk management, communications, and progress tracking.
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans covering scope, change, quality, risks, resources, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
  • Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas and materials, document decisions, and track actions through to completion.
  • Develop clear and concise project documentation, updates, reports, and stakeholder communications.
  • Collect, organize, analyze, and present Talent Development data in accessible formats to support decision-making, planning, and continuous improvement.
  • Build dashboards, trackers, summaries, and insight packs to monitor project progress, learning activity, adoption, outcomes, and operational performance.
  • Evaluate project and program outcomes, identify trends and opportunities, and provide recommendations to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Support process improvement activity across Talent Development, including documenting current processes, identifying gaps, and helping implement improved ways of working.
  • Use project management tools, reporting methods, and analytics practices to improve transparency, consistency, and delivery discipline.
  • Support ad-hoc project tasks that enable the execution of the Learning & Development and Talent Management strategy.
  • Share knowledge, insights, tools, and best practices with Talent Development colleagues to build consistency and capability across the team.

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED :

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in People Organization, Talent Development, Learning & Development, Human Resources, project management, or a related field.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within short timescales with speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong interpersonal, written communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate information into clear and practical messages.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills, including comfort working through ambiguity and asking the right questions to move work forward.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams while also operating independently and with limited direction when required.
  • Ability to manipulate large amounts of data, convert data into easy-to-read formats, and provide insights that support decisions and tell a clear story.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, project management tools, Learning Management Systems, and measurement tools Workday and Perceptyx experience preferred.
