Job Description

The Role:

We're growing our Learning Products team at Great Learning and looking for people who want to build and scale meaningful learning products.

Available Opportunites:

(1) Lead, Commercial Strategy & Growth, Learning Products

What you will be responsible for:

  • Identify new growth opportunities by spotting unmet market needs, emerging segments, and scalable business opportunities
  • Own ideas end-to-end from concept to launch including business cases, value propositions, and go-to-market execution
  • Conduct deep market research (primary and secondary) to assess demand, competitive landscape, pricing potential, and ROI
  • Translate market insights into commercially viable learning product or program concepts
  • Define success metrics and own productmarket fit post-launch, including adoption, revenue performance, iteration, and scaling decisions
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, operations, and academic/industry stakeholders to drive execution
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, momentum, and delivery
  • Make data-backed decisions on where to double down, pivot, or discontinue initiatives based on business impact and performance

Requirements:

  • Strong business and commercial acumen with the ability to think strategically and pragmatically
  • Proven ability to build market-backed ideas, concepts, and proposals grounded in real demand
  • Strong analytical ability including market sizing, ROI modeling, pricing analysis, and performance tracking
  • Solid understanding of P&L, revenue models, and return on investment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across internal teams and external partners
  • Ability to conduct deep market research and convert insights into clear, actionable business or product decisions
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and driving zero-to-one initiatives
  • Structured thinking with a strong bias toward execution and outcomes

(2) Lead, Development & Delivery, Learning Products

What will you own:

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of learning products from design and development to launch, delivery, and continuous improvement
  • Lead business growth through learning products across the spectrum of artificial intelligence - analytics, data science, generative ai, agentic ai
  • Shape product direction by defining curriculum scope, learning experience design, and program strategy
  • Partner closely with faculty, SMEs, industry experts, operations, marketing, sales, delivery, and leadership to build market-leading programs
  • Work with Technology and Analytics teams to integrate AI-powered and Generative AI features into learning products and academic operations
  • Manage and guide a team of SMEs (data scientists, AI engineers, analytics engineers) to develop learning assets including video lectures, code, case studies, projects, and assessments
  • Ensure programs deliver strong learner outcomes, market relevance, and business impact

Requirements:

  • Strong technical depth with the ability to build solutions hands-on, not just conceptualize them
  • Proficiency in relevant technical domains, including coding, data science, machine learning, AI, and agentic AI frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to apply AI and ML to real-world business and industry problems
  • High learning agility and ability to stay current with evolving tools, platforms, and methodologies
  • Ability to balance technical rigor, learning design quality, and delivery execution
  • Comfort working cross-functionally and leading technical SMEs and domain experts
