The Role:
We are looking for a Learning Product Manager to own the end-to-end success of learning programs at Great Learning — from idea to market impact.
This is not a research-only or recommendation-only role. This role carries real commercial ownership: deciding what to build, taking it to market, and ensuring it succeeds post-launch. You will work at the intersection of market needs, learner outcomes, academic rigor, and business results.
What you will be responsible for:
- Identify what programs to build and why — based on market demand, learner needs, competitive landscape and program revenue potential
- Detailed research (primary and secondary) on program domain - covering addressable market, learning requirements, jobs landscape, learner preferences, and so on
- Define new program positioning, target audience, value proposition, and pricing logic
- Translate insights into clear product decisions, pitch to the leadership team, and put together execution plans
- Take programs to market by owning and managing the GTM process while collaborating closely with curriculum, faculty, marketing, sales, admissions, and operations teams
- Build a strong relationship with program partners (university or industry partner) and ensure clear and timely communication for smooth program operations
- Own product-market fit post-launch: enrollment performance, conversion, learner feedback, iteration, and refresh decisions
- Decide when to double down, improve, or sunset programs
What this role is not:
- Not project management or coordination-only
- Not a pure research or analysis role
- Not a hand over recommendations and walk away role
Why is this role interesting:
- Real ownership and decision-making power
- Opportunity to shape the next phase of Great Learning's global growth
- Exposure to global learners, faculty, and institutions
Requirements:
- An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification and a strong foundation in analytics, healthcare, engineering, or related fields is preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in product management, strategy, consulting, education products, or adjacent roles (exact background is less important than mindset)
- Strong product thinking with commercial accountability and passion for building high-impact learning products
- Comfort working in ambiguity and building from scratch
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive execution
- Structured thinking combined with a bias for action and execution discipline
