The Learning Partner is a strategic learning leader and trusted advisor to business leaders. The role is accountable for shaping and delivering enterprise and business-unit capability agendas, translating business strategy into impactful learning solutions, and building a sustainable learning culture across Ashok Leyland.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary learning advisor for assigned businesses / functions, deeply understanding business strategy and capability priorities.
- Design and execute integrated learning and capability-building strategies aligned to current and future business needs.
- Lead end-to-end learning solutions including diagnostics, design, delivery, facilitation, and evaluation of impact.
- Drive leadership, functional, technical and behavioral capability initiatives across the organization.
- Partner with senior leaders to enable change management, culture transformation and workforce readiness.
- Oversee signature learning initiatives and large-scale programs with sustained business impact.
- Leverage learning analytics and insights to demonstrate ROI and inform decision-making.
- Mentor and guide Learning Partners and L&D team members, building overall L&D capability.
- Identify and integrate external best practices, market intelligence, and innovative learning methodologies.
- Build strong partnerships with external vendors and institutions to enhance learning effectiveness.
- Ensure governance, quality and consistency of learning interventions across businesses.
- Manage budgets effectively and optimize learning investments.

Qualification and Experience
- Master's degree in Business Administration / Human Resources or equivalent from a reputed institution.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development or Organizational Development.
- Strong experience partnering with senior leaders and driving enterprise-level capability initiatives.
- Exposure to large, complex or multi-business organizations preferred.
