Role Description

We are seeking a proactive Training Specialist to join our Learning & Development team, this is a junior level position, This role involves managing training operations, creating engaging content, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage end-to-end training operations, including data handling and stakeholder management.

Develop and manage training content using tools like Articulate Storyline and Rise.

Develop and enhance content for classroom training programs, ensuring clarity and engagement

Design video creation and editing for learning materials (basic level).

Generate AI-assisted user content where applicable.

Define training rosters, schedule sessions, and manage enablement activities.

Track training attendance and maintain records in MS Excel and MS Office.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of training initiatives.

Skills & Tools Required:

Content authoring tools: Articulate - Storyline, Rise

Basic video making skills

MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) basic level

Strong people management and communication skills

Familiarity with AI content generation tools (preferred)

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (HR/Business preferred)

1-2 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training Coordination

Exposure to content marketing will be an advantage

Certification from KPMG crash course (preferred)
