Role Description -

This is a contract-based hybrid (3 days work from office mandatory in a week) position for a Learning Management System Administrator - SABA Support for one of our client. The selected candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the SABA Learning Management System (LMS). Responsibilities include managing user roles and permissions, configuring the LMS to meet business needs, providing technical support to users, assisting with system updates, and collaborating with instructional designers to upload and launch e-learning content.

Qualifications -

  • Proficiency in System Administration, including managing user accounts, permissions, and system configurations
  • Expertise in Learning Management and tools like SABA to maintain, configure, and optimize the LMS
  • Strong Communication skills for effectively guiding end-users and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in Instructional Design to support course deployment and ensure compatibility within the LMS
  • Troubleshooting abilities to promptly identify and resolve system issues and user concerns
  • Familiarity with e-learning standards such as SCORM and xAPI (preferred)
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Education, or a related field is preferred

Mandatory skills -

Hands-on experience in Implements/ configure/ support SABA LMS

Ability to directly interact with client SMEs, seek clarifications from them,

Hands-on experience in implementing integration with SABA LMS

Deep functional knowledge of SABA LMS (

Successfully implemented enterprise-wide SABA LMS in managerial role.

Basic understanding with data integration tools like SSIS
