- Schedule: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM ET + 3 Flexible Hours, (Melbourne, FL time)
Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and analyze organizational data to identify performance gaps and strategic opportunities.
- Develop innovative, human-centered learning journeys for both in-person and virtual facilitation using adult learning principles.
- Produce facilitator guides, slide decks, participant toolkits, and interactive e-learning modules (Articulate 360).
- Design professional, high-impact PowerPoint presentations and multimedia content that maintain brand consistency.
- Lead client meetings, manage project milestones, and facilitate pilot testing to iterate on program designs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years of experience designing and building in-person and virtual programs as a learning designer in corporate environments
- Strong project management capabilities with experience managing multiple initiatives and stakeholder relationships
- Expert-level PowerPoint skills including slide design, visual storytelling, and presentation development
- Excellent presentation and communication skills when working directly with clients, including the ability to lead project meetings, present findings and recommendations clearly, and build rapport with stakeholders
- Creative mindset with demonstrated ability to bring innovative approaches to learning challenges
- Solid proficiency with Articulate 360/Storyline or similar
- Basic proficiency with video editing and graphic design tools
- Familiarity with and curiosity for using AI tools for learning enhancement
- Adult Learning and Instructional Design skills
