Learning Experience Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Learning Experience Manager, based in Navi Mumbai. The Learning Experience Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs to enhance the skills and effectiveness of team members. Key tasks include creating adaptive learning strategies, distributing educational content, analyzing training success metrics, and working in collaboration with different teams to ensure continuous professional development across the organization.

• Strong experience in designing and delivering learning and development programs, including both in-person and digital formats
• Proficiency in conducting needs assessments, developing training materials, and evaluating program outcomes
• Exceptional project management and leadership skills
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and learning technologies
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment with a focus on delivering results
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a relevant field; a Master's degree is a plus
• Experience working in service-oriented or digital services industries is advantageous
