Job Description

Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of learning programs and initiatives, and use feedback to improve the quality and impact of our L&D solutions continuously

Innovate learning with new technology solutions that leverage cutting-edge resources that can transfer knowledge quickly to the modern learner

Designs workshops, role playing and hands-on simulations to enhance skill-building and application in real-world scenarios Responsible for training, learning, and knowledge initiatives and projects as an owner, participant and/or subject matter expert. Reviews and revises current curriculum and training formats and recommends and provides planning for improvements, efficiencies, or redesign based on results of learning objective results. Tracks learning and development activities across the organization

Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) and team members to gather content, define objectives, and ensure learning solutions meet business needs Perform other duties as assigned
