Are you a scientist at heart with a flair for the creative We are looking for a Chemistry Learning Experience Designer who thrives on turning complex molecular concepts into tangible, blow-your-socks-off (safely, of course!) learning moments.
This isn't a desk-bound content role. Since our focus is on hands-on learning, you will be based in our office, working directly in our lab space to prototype, break, and refine the experiments that will define the next generation of STEAM education.
The Mission
- Design & Prototype: Create original, curriculum-aligned chemistry experiments for K-12 students.
- Safety Testing: Conduct rigorous in-office testing to ensure every experiment is repeatable, safe, and effective for classroom or home use.
- Curriculum Mapping: Bridge the gap between textbook theory and practical application for CBSE, ICSE, and international standards.
- Creative Storytelling: Develop instructions and teacher guides that turn a lab procedure into an engaging narrative.
What You Bring
- Chemistry Expertise: A strong academic foundation (B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry).
- Creative Problem Solving: The ability to look at a dry concept like titration or redox reactions and find a fresh, hands-on way to teach it.
- K-12 Fluency: A deep understanding of how to adapt scientific complexity for different age groups, from primary school curiosity to high school rigor.
- The Maker Spirit: You enjoy the physical process of building kits and working with lab equipment.
Bonus Points
- Teaching Experience: Prior time in the classroom is a massive plus, you'll already know exactly where students (and teachers) tend to get stuck.
