Learning Experience Content Writer (LMS & Video)

We are seeking a Learning Experience Content Writer to join a UK-based organisation, working through ExtendedGT Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. This role focuses on writing clear, engaging, and structured learning content for delivery through Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.

You will work closely with UK-based stakeholders during UK working hours, translating systems, processes, and standards into effective learning experiences. This is a writing-led role with a strong emphasis on instructional content, scripting, storytelling, and learner clarity.

Location: Remote (India)

Working Hours: UK shift

Key Responsibilities

Write clear, learner-focused content for LMS-based training modules

Translate complex systems, processes, and policies into structured learning narratives

Develop modular, self-guided learning content aligned with adult learning principles

Write scripts and storyboards for staff onboarding and training videos

Create scenario-based learning content, assessments, and knowledge checks

Develop supporting learning assets such as user guides, process explanations, and microlearning content

Ensure consistency in tone, terminology, and instructional approach across all materials

Incorporate accessibility and inclusive learning best practices into all content

Collaborate closely with UK-based stakeholders and internal teams

Participate in feedback cycles and content reviews to meet quality standards

Requirements

Proven experience as a learning content writer, instructional writer, or instructional designer

Strong writing and editing skills with an emphasis on clarity and learner experience

Experience creating content for Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Ability to simplify complex information without losing accuracy

Experience writing assessments, scenarios, and instructional content

Good understanding of adult learning principles

Excellent written English with strong attention to detail

Comfortable working independently while collaborating with remote teams

Must have access to a reliable, high-speed fibre internet connection

Other Desirable Skills

Experience writing scripts for learning or onboarding videos

Familiarity with regulated, quality-driven, or compliance-focused environments

Background in UX writing, technical writing, or content design applied to learning

Experience working with global or UK-based teams
