What would you do As an Instructional Designer, you will play a dual role—developing high-quality learning content while also reviewing and mentoring others to ensure instructional integrity and consistency. You'll be responsible for translating business needs into engaging learning experiences, while also acting as a quality gatekeeper for deliverables created by peers or junior team members. You will collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to design and develop learning solutions that are aligned with business goals. Your role will involve applying adult learning principles, instructional strategies, and digital tools like Articulate Rise to create impactful, learner-centric content. You'll also review content for instructional soundness, branding, and accessibility. In addition to content development, you'll provide constructive feedback, coach junior designers, and contribute to process improvements. Your ability to balance creativity with critical thinking will be key in maintaining high standards across all learning assets. You'll also be expected to manage timelines, communicate effectively, and support project delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities: Design and develop learning content using instructional design best practices Review and provide feedback on learning assets created by peers or junior team members Ensure alignment with learning objectives, branding, and accessibility standards Collaborate with SMEs, project managers, and other stakeholders Mentor junior designers and contribute to team capability building Make decisions that impact project quality and timelines May lead small teams or workstreams Be open to working in rotational shifts as required, Any Graduation
