What would you do Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop instructional materials. Design and implement instructional strategies, curricula, and learning materials that align to business needs. Develop and maintain e-learning courses, instructor-led training materials, job aids, and other learning resources. Demonstrated knowledge of innovative learning tools and products, ensuring the use of the latest technologies to Deliver instructional information for an audience based on learning activities approaches to help an organization achieve their learning goals.
