We are seeking a proactive Learning & Development Specialist to support employee training, onboarding, and development initiatives. The role involves coordinating training programs, maintaining learning records, and contributing to a continuous learning culture in a technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate onboarding and employee training programs
Identify training needs in collaboration with business teams
Assist in developing training materials and presentations
Schedule and manage training sessions and logistics
Maintain training records, reports, and feedback
Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements
Support employee engagement and development initiatives
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external trainers
Working on talent acquisition simultaneously.

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
LMS (Learning Management Systems)
