About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Learning & Development Senior Analyst to join our HR team. This role is ideal for professionals with 4–5 years of experience in learning operations, data management, and stakeholder collaboration, with a passion for enhancing organizational learning practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive compliance cycles and support audits across L&D processes
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and governance
- Coordinate onboarding and induction programs
- Oversee LMS administration and utilization
- Manage L&D inbox and Ask HR portal queries
- Track purchase requests for learning initiatives
- Perform data management, reporting, and training analytics
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Contribute to learning design improvements
- Support training coordination and facilitation
Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in Data Management & Reporting Analytics
- Hands-on experience in Learning & Development and Training Delivery
- Knowledge of Compliance & Audit processes
- Proficiency in LMS platforms & digital learning tools
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 4–5 years of experience in L&D or HR Operations
- Experience with LMS tools, onboarding programs, and training analytics
