We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning & Development Manager to lead our training initiatives at our 22-year-old jewellery business in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing employee skills and knowledge to drive business success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement learning and development strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and create tailored training programs.
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions and workshops, both in-person and online.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements based on feedback and results.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs meet specific needs.
- Manage the learning management system (LMS) and maintain training records and documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
Skills and Qualifications
- 4-10 years of experience in learning and development or related field.
- Proven experience in designing and conducting training programs.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to assess training effectiveness and implement improvements.
- Familiarity with various training methodologies and tools, including e-learning platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
