We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning & Development Manager to lead our training initiatives at our 22-year-old jewellery business in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing employee skills and knowledge to drive business success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement learning and development strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and create tailored training programs.
  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions and workshops, both in-person and online.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements based on feedback and results.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs meet specific needs.
  • Manage the learning management system (LMS) and maintain training records and documentation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 4-10 years of experience in learning and development or related field.
  • Proven experience in designing and conducting training programs.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to assess training effectiveness and implement improvements.
  • Familiarity with various training methodologies and tools, including e-learning platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
