Job Summary
As an
L&D Manager at BigMint, you will design and execute learning strategies that strengthen organizational capability, drive performance, and prepare the workforce for the future. You will partner with leaders to translate business priorities into development initiatives, build a culture of continuous learning, and measure impact through people and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct learning needs assessments and identify capability gaps across levels and functions.
- Design, implement, and manage high-impact learning programs (technical, functional, leadership, and behavioral).
- Build and maintain a structured annual learning calendar aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, trainers, vendors, and institutes to deliver blended and digital learning solutions.
- Drive leadership development, succession planning, and career pathways for critical roles.
- Introduce innovative learning practices such as coaching, mentoring, microlearning, and knowledge-sharing platforms.
- Use HR analytics and metrics to track learning effectiveness and demonstrate ROI of programs.
- Partner on change management and organizational development initiatives to support scale and productivity.
- Champion BigMint values and culture through learning interventions, fostering engagement, inclusion, and growth mindset.
Qualifications And Eligibility Criteria
- 58 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Organizational Development.
- Proven expertise in designing and executing blended learning and digital learning programs.
- Strong facilitation, instructional design, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence and engage senior leaders with data-driven insights.
- Experience in measuring program effectiveness using HR metrics, dashboards, and ROI frameworks.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Professional certifications in L&D, OD, Instructional Design, or Coaching (preferred).
