Job Description

Support learning, employee development and engagement initiatives to build employee capabilities and enhance the overall employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify learning and development needs across teams and departments.
Design and facilitate training, onboarding, coaching and development programmes.
Support managers in building coaching, feedback and leadership capabilities.
Organise employee engagement, wellbeing and team-building activities.
Support initiatives to strengthen company culture and service standards.
Partner with managers and HR teams on talent, performance and career development initiatives.
Manage learning records, LMS administration, training participation and external vendors.
Track training effectiveness, feedback and L&D expenses.
Analyse employee feedback and data to recommend improvements.
Support other HR and L&D projects as required.
