Position: L&D Intern

Department: Learning & Development

Employment Type: Internship

Duration: 3–6 months

Location: Work From Home

Timings : 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented L&D Intern (Admin) to support the Learning & Development team in executing training programs and managing day-to-day coordination activities. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, communicative, and eager to gain hands-on experience in training operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in scheduling and organizing training sessions
  • Coordinate with trainers, internal stakeholders, and candidates
  • Share training invites, reminders, and follow-up emails
  • Maintain and update training calendars and records
  • Track attendance and prepare basic reports
  • Support in managing LMS (Learning Management System) activities
  • Ensure smooth execution of training sessions from start to finish
  • Handle administrative tasks related to L&D operations

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication
  • Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach
  • Interest in Learning & Development or HR domain

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Prior internship or experience in coordination/admin roles
