Responsibilities
In this individual contributor role, you will
- Assess the needs of the stakeholders and establish the learning goals, desired outcomes,
- and indicators of success
- Identify appropriate learning solutions using tools such as surveys, interviews, focus groups,
- and sampling techniques
- Design and develop high-quality learning solutions that are appropriate to the learner profile
- Create assessments and evaluate the impact of training programs
- Provide estimations and meet the effort required to complete a project
- Reporting and documentation related to any type of training, either internal or external
- At times, provide training to the support staff and Operation (if needed)
- Provide support to the Educational Programs and coordinate any activities related to them if
- needed.
- Open to work in 24X7 environment (work from office)

Studies & Experience:
- Minimum of 12-14 years overall work experience
- Minimum of 8-10 years of work experience as a Behavioural/ Soft skills Trainer
- Open to working from the office during evening shifts
- Open to travel between Gurugram and the Noida location
- Experience in delivering Soft Skills Training & Leadership Development (up to Middle Management level)
- Experience in conducting Training Need Analysis/ Training Need Identification
- Data management skills
- Open to travel between Gurugram and Noida locations
- Graduate in any discipline
- Desirable
- Content development experience with international BPOs
- Experience in Operations/Customer Experience/ Service Delivery
- Experience in training delivery
Mandatory Knowledge:
- Oral and written comprehension.
- Appropriate use of language.
- GSuite /MS Office - Advanced
