Job Title: Learning & Development Admin

Exp Range: 2-5 Years

Only Work from Office (No Hybrid, No Remote, No Work from Home)

Shift Timing: Should be comfortable with night (US) & Rotational Shifts

• Step 4: Select BPO in areas of interest and complete the registration. (Fill the details)

• Step 5: Once completed, your TCS no. will be generated which starts from EP2025XXXX.

• Step 6: You will receive the EP number on your personal e-mail ID.

Eligibility:

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)

• Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts

Work Experience

• Learning & Development (L&D) Operations.
• Documentation review and validation processes, Cornerstone OnDemand (LMS).
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage end to end learning administration using Cornerstone OnDemand (LMS) and other LAS applications.
• Strong experience in documentation review and validation processes.
• Basic understanding of NASBA and Continuing Professional Education (CPE) guidelines.
• Basic understanding of Learning & Development (L&D) Operations.
• Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for handling client and learner queries.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
