The Learning OperationsTeam is a strategic partner across the global learning function for PepsiCo. We are responsible for providing learning leaders, sponsors and employees with insights and tools to enhance the learner experience. The Global Learning Service Delivery Analyst will be responsible for ongoing design, configuration, testing and deployment of end user training across our global LMS (SuccessFactors). The role will contribute to ongoing system improvements, coordinating resolution of system issues, and assisting Global Tier 2 support with troubleshooting issues in accessing learning resources.
The role will focus on delivering on customer quality standards through delivering high quality and efficient transactions and customer interactions. The role requires strong technical knowledge of Learning processes and global TM/Digital systems process subject matter expertise as well as partnership within PepsiCo with market L&D teams.
