We are looking for a Learning Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time role where you'll collaborate with the team internally for the execution of learning and OD interventions.

You would be working closely with subject matter experts executing some niche learning and OD interventions.

Learning Coordinator at ARC is a full-time role. The nature of this role requires thinking smart. It becomes easier if you are sensitive to how your work impacts others.

The role of a Learning Coordinator involves:

• End-to-end management of program logistics.
• Assisting in maintaining the MIS.
• Supporting the SMEs and other team members deliveries for flawless execution of the learning design.
• Logistics Management.
• Creating and managing all the required documents of all the learning programs.
• Interacting with internal stakeholders and vendors
• Maintaining the logistics stock.
• Supporting Learning Partners in Data Analysis and Report Generations as per the learning programs.

We are looking for:

Graduates from the Psychology or Arts background or HR / L&D professionals with 0 to 2 years of experience can apply.

Based out of Pune only. We work 5 days a week from Baner, Pune. People willing to work from the office only, please apply.
