Job Description

Position Responsibilities

The Learning Content Specialist (LCS) collaborates closely with the Curriculum Manager, Instructional Designer, Product, and Customer Support teams within Deltek. They contribute to the planning, creation, development, delivery, and maintenance of learning materials. They align content with product priorities, while collaborating with the Instructional Designer to ensure high-quality, professionally presented materials. Working with Product and Customer Support teams, the LCS ensures accuracy and relevance of training content, facilitating customer success.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Takes responsibility, with minimal supervision, for researching and creating content for client training assets.

Participates in non-complex projects. Develops a basic understanding of Deltek and Customer Learning Experience's Organizational Goals. Participates in team decision-making about style, technology, and process issues. Participates in learning activities to build skills and knowledge. Contributes to a supportive and friendly team that values inclusivity and is invested in learning, knowledge sharing, and each other.

  • Use AI tools to assist with routine tasks (e.g., drafting emails, summarizing meetings).
  • Improve personal productivity (e.g., proofreading, scheduling) using AI applications.
  • Apply AI to enhance content creation, including developing learning materials, editing audio, and enhancing video content (e.g., generating presentations or training videos from transcripts).
  • Automate multi-step manual tasks and workflows using AI tools.

Qualifications

Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in content creation and instruction. Or, a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Technology, or Education
