Learning Consultant

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Learning Consultant. The Learning Consultant will be responsible for identifying and analyzing learning needs, designing engaging learning interventions, and delivering high-quality training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge. Responsibilities also include collaborating with stakeholders to assess training effectiveness, providing guidance to learners throughout their journeys, and modifying content to meet the evolving needs of individuals and teams.

• Strong instructional design and curriculum development skills to create impactful learning programs
• Proficiency in learner engagement techniques, including creating interactive and immersive experiences
• Solid communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively guide and mentor participants
• Experience in analyzing training data and incorporating feedback to improve content quality
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
• A bachelor's degree in education, training, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
• Familiarity with the latest e-learning tools and platforms to create innovative training materials
