Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and tech-savvy Learning Coaches to join the team at TUMO Mumbai.

As a Learning Coach, you will mentor and support students during their self-learning sessions, guide them through creative exercises, and encourage them to explore new ideas. You will help students understand complex topics, troubleshoot challenges, and stay motivated as they work on exciting creative and technical projects.

This is a freelance/contract-based onsite role — ideal for individuals passionate about education, design, or technology who enjoy working with teenagers.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide students through self-learning activities.
• Motivate and support learners in completing projects and understanding concepts.
• Foster creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the TUMO team.
• Maintain a fun, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
• Assist Workshop Leaders and contribute to the overall student learning experience.

Requirements

• Strong communication and mentoring skills.
• Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or coaching (preferred but not required).
• Comfortable working with teens (ages 12–18) in a dynamic, creative setting.
• Basic computer literacy and a growth mindset.
• Based in Wadala, Mumbai (onsite position).
