Role Overview-

As an Associate on the Learning Design and Innovation team, you'll support the creation and execution of cutting-edge learning

solutions. Reporting to the Team Lead, youʼll collaborate on facilitator training programs, international placement initiatives, and

curriculum overhauls, driving impactful education for AHPs.

Key Responsibilities

1.Drive learner-centric design and iteration

Conduct structured learner needs analysis, pilot new interventions, and systematically incorporate feedback to continuously improve learning outcomes, engagement, and effectiveness.)

2.Support the design and execution of placement-readiness programs

work closely on international placement initiatives (e.g., Japan, advanced English) by coordinating assessments, readiness frameworks, and learner support systems to improve success rates.

3.Contribute to curriculum and pedagogy redesign

Support the development of English language, soft skills, and technical training interventions using blended learning, activity-based approaches, gamification, and real-world AHP scenarios.

4.Enable scalable learning interventions partner with Content, FST, Tech, and Operations teams to translate learning designs into practical, scalable, and implementable solutions across campuses.

5.Own pilot execution and project tracking execute pilots end-to-end, track key success metrics (learning outcomes, engagement, completion, performance), and generate actionable insights for scale-up decisions.

6.Build data-backed insights and documentation maintain dashboards, prepare structured reports, and document SOPs, frameworks, and learnings to enable org-wide adoption and

consistency.

7.Research and innovation in learning design stay updated on adult learning principles, AI-enabled learning tools, and global AHP education practices; proactively recommend and test innovations to enhance learning quality and efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's/Masterʼs in Education, Instructional Design, or related field (experience in edtech preferred).
• 1-3 years in learning design, curriculum development, or edtech; freshers with strong projects/portfolio welcome.
• Proficiency in tools like Articulate Storyline,Canva, Google Workspace, LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle), and basic data analytics.
• Excellent English communication (written/spoken); familiarity with soft skills training a plus.
• Passion for education, innovative mindset, and ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative settings.
• Strong research skills and adaptability to dynamic contexts.
