We are looking for a proactive Learning & Development Specialist to drive capability-building initiatives across the organization. The role involves identifying learning needs, designing and delivering learning interventions, developing content, managing stakeholders, and measuring training effectiveness and business impact.
Key Responsibilitie
- sPartner with business leaders and stakeholders to identify capability gaps and learning priorities
- .Conduct Training Needs Identification/Analysis (TNI/TNA) and recommend appropriate learning solutions
- .Design, coordinate, and implement internal and external learning interventions
- .Develop engaging learning content, presentations, facilitator guides, and training materials using basic content development tools
- .Facilitate classroom, virtual, and blended learning programs
- .Track and evaluate learning effectiveness using quantitative and qualitative measures, including ROI and impact assessment
- .Analyze learning data and provide insights for continuous improvement
.Qualifications & Experienc
- e3–6 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Corporate Training
- .Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- .Experience in learning program design, content development, and facilitation
- .Hands-on experience with TNI/TNA processes
- .Knowledge of training evaluation methodologies and ROI measurement frameworks
