Role Purpose
The Learning & Operations role is responsible for managing the end-to-end learning technology ecosystem and operational processes that support global L&D programs. The role ensures seamless delivery, high-quality learner experiences, and arriving at meaningful insights from the learning data to propel learning across our digital engineering workforce distributed across 15+ countries. The position plays a critical part in enabling our AI-native, scalable, and capability-driven learning strategy.
Experience: 4-10 years
Work Location: Chennai
Mode of Work: Hybrid (2-3 days in a week from Office)

Key Responsibilities
Learning & Development
Act as the SPOC for all L&D initiatives.
Execute and localize global learning programs (technical, behavioral, leadership).
Plan learning calendars and manage program delivery end-to-end.
Drive adoption and utilization of LMS/LXP platforms such as Docebo, Cornerstone OnDemand, SAP SuccessFactors, Degreed, or Moodle.
Monitor participation, certifications, compliance, and learning impact metrics.
Partner with stakeholders and vendors to ensure high-quality learner experience.
Design and implement structured career pathways across technical and managerial tracks.

Required Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills
Hands-on experience with LMS/LXP platforms (Percipio, Docebo, Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, Degreed, EdCast, Moodle, etc.).
Deep understanding of SCORM, xAPI, AICC, HTML5, and digital learning standards.
Working knowledge of HRIS integrations, APIs, and SSO setups.
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
Familiarity with AI tools for content generation, automation, tagging, and analytics.
Working knowledge of at least one Programming language
Operational Skills
Strong learning program management, scheduling, and coordination abilities.
Ability to understand, appreciate SOPs and adhere to global learning processes.
Excellent vendor management and contract administration skills.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and process compliance.
Behavioral Skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management.
Ability to work in high-velocity, multi-country environments.
