Job Description (JD): HR – Training & Development Executive / Sr. Executive
- Plan and implement end-to-end internal and external training programs.
- Conduct Training Need Identification (TNI) and prepare the annual training calendar.
- Design, develop, and manage e-learning programs and digital training content.
- Create and update training modules, SOP-based learning material, and presentations.
- Evaluate training effectiveness, prepare reports, and analyze feedback.
- Design and update the skill matrix for different worker categories.
- Identify skill gaps and recommend training and development interventions.
- Maintain training records, MIS, and related documentation.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Assist in regulatory and compliance requirements related to training and competency.
