Job Description

Job Description (JD): HR – Training & Development Executive / Sr. Executive

  • Plan and implement end-to-end internal and external training programs.
  • Conduct Training Need Identification (TNI) and prepare the annual training calendar.
  • Design, develop, and manage e-learning programs and digital training content.
  • Create and update training modules, SOP-based learning material, and presentations.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness, prepare reports, and analyze feedback.
  • Design and update the skill matrix for different worker categories.
  • Identify skill gaps and recommend training and development interventions.
  • Maintain training records, MIS, and related documentation.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Assist in regulatory and compliance requirements related to training and competency.
