About the Role

The L&D HR Specialist will play a key role in managing employee development programs, onboarding new candidates, and sharing actionable insights to strengthen our workforce. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in SaaS environments and a passion for fostering continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage L&D initiatives aligned with company goals.
• Oversee onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
• Partner with leadership to identify skill gaps and create targeted training modules.
• Manage employee engagement activities and performance development plans.
• Share insights and analytics on workforce development and training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with hiring teams to ensure smooth candidate experience.
• Support HR operations including employee relations, compliance, and policy implementation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR experience with a focus on Learning & Development.
• Prior exposure to SaaS companies or tech-driven environments.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficiency in HR tools, LMS platforms, and SaaS-based HR solutions.
