Should be able to manage the entire Learning Management customization, user & content management,
To ensure a smooth, effective learning environment for all users through configuration, maintenance, and support and improving workforce efficiency and aligning learning goals with business needs.
Should be able to plan, organize, and manage employee training programs, handling logistics, materials, scheduling, and tracking effectiveness to develop employees skills and meet organizations goals.
Facilitation Support: Assist trainers, provide basic learner support, and sometimes deliver training (classroom, virtual).
Evaluation & Reporting: Monitor attendance, assess program effectiveness via feedback and metrics, and report outcomes to management.
