Job Description

Senior Leadership Opportunity – Learning Partner (L&D)

Location: Pune

One of the fastest-growing global technology services companies is seeking a seasoned Learning Partner to drive talent transformation and workforce readiness across a large business unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Delivery Heads and Business Leaders to create and execute talent development and learning strategies.
  • Identify skill gaps and drive capability-building initiatives across technology teams.
  • Lead enterprise-wide skilling programs in AI, Cloud, Digital Engineering, and emerging technologies.
  • Work closely with Competency and Resource Management teams to build business-ready talent pipelines.
  • Improve customer interview success rates, deployability, and revenue realization through focused skilling interventions.
  • Drive certification programs, learning-on-demand initiatives, and learning governance.
  • Own end-to-end learning strategy, execution, and business impact for a large organizational unit.
  • Present learning metrics and business outcomes to senior leadership.

Ideal Candidate

  • 10–20+ years of experience in the IT industry with strong exposure to technology delivery, project management, and learning & development.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies including Agile and Scrum.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills.
  • Experience working with senior business leaders and large delivery organizations.
  • Good understanding of technology trends, workforce development, and capability-building frameworks.
