JOB SUMMARY
- Act as a Learning & Development specialist to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization with key focus on Data Analytics and Reporting. Implement/execute the learning journey for Campus Cadre in Delivery teams and improve L&D metrices.
- The incumbent will be responsible for implementing learning governance and an automated system in OmniDesk for governance, progress tracking and reporting. Also ensuring audit compliance (ISO, SOC2, CMMI, etc.) and improving learning effectiveness.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Designs and implements a structured Capability Building Framework for delivery teams aligned with business goals and competency requirements.
- Drives automation of the Capability Framework in OmniDesk to enable workflow management, governance controls, approval mechanisms, progress tracking, and reporting.
- Develops and publishes monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and analytics on skill Drives strategies to increase adoption and utilization of the LMS portal (NLM) through structured campaigns, communication plans, certification pathways, and user engagement initiatives.
- Monitors NLM metrics such as course completion rates, certification coverage, and active learner participation; recommends corrective measures where required.
- Participates in compliance audits (ISO, SOC2, CMMI, etc.) by maintaining audit-ready documentation, training records, competency matrices, and evidence repositories.
- Coordinate with other stakeholders for Adhoc audit requirements (wherever required).
- Coverage, certification status, training effectiveness, and capability maturity metrics.
- Maintains and ensure legal requirements related to external training vendors, empanelment documentation as per compliance (e.g. MSA, NDA, PO, and Invoice process, etc).
- Collaborates with HR, Quality, and Delivery teams to align learning initiatives with organizational capability roadmap.
- Conducts training needs analysis in collaboration with stakeholders and ensures effective execution of learning interventions.
- Evaluates effectiveness of learning programs and ensures training objectives are met through feedback analysis and performance correlation.
- Supports Managers in effective implementation of department Goal /objective. Performs other related duties as assigned.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE
- Incumbent must be an MBA graduate/M.A. Psychology (with consistent academic performance) from a recognized university with 4-6 years of relevant experience in the Learning & Development function, preferably in IT/technology-driven organizations.
- Must possess strong knowledge of capability development frameworks, competency mapping, LMS administration, and learning governance processes.
- Exposure to compliance frameworks such as ISO, SOC2, CMMI, and audit documentation processes.

- Hands-on experience in data analytics, Dashboard reporting, and interpretation of learning metrics.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and dashboard creation.
