Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Learning and Development Specialist at Digital Transformation Academy.
The role involves designing and delivering training programs, managing and maintaining the learning management system, and developing instructional design materials.
The Learning and Development Specialist will also be responsible for communication and coaching.
Qualifications
- Training & Development and Instructional Design skills
- Experience in learning management and development of training programs
- Effective communication and coaching abilities
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Experience in the technology or education industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Instructional Design, or related field
