Location: Vadodara
Work Setup: Work from Office
Shift Timing: US Shift (8 EST – 5 EST)

Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate Learning & Development professional with strong exposure to the Staffing / IT Services industry, who can drive technology-enabled learning, AI adoption, and capability-building initiatives across teams. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of technical concepts, AI tools, and learning program management, with the ability to translate business needs into impactful learning interventions.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical & Capability Building Design and deliver technical / functional training programs Support onboarding, refresher, and upskilling initiatives Partner with SMEs to build structured learning journeys Support capability-building initiatives aligned to business requirements.
- AI-Enabled Learning Drive AI adoption through practical business use-cases Conduct learning interventions around: ChatGPT Copilot Prompt engineering AI productivity workflows Build AI-driven microlearning and scalable learning assets.
- TNI / TNA & Program Management Conduct TNI/TNA aligned to business goals Own end-to-end learning programs:
- Planning Coordination Execution Tracking & reporting Maintain learning dashboards, trackers, and metrics
Must Have Skills
- 5–7 years of experience in Learning & Development Strong Staffing
- IT Services background preferred Strong understanding of Software Development ecosystem and technical concepts Experience in technical / functional capability-building programs
- Hands-on exposure to AI tools and platforms such as: ChatGPT Microsoft Copilot Prompt engineering AI-enabled workflows Experience conducting: TNI (Training Need Identification) TNA (Training Need Analysis) Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to simplify technical concepts into practical learning Strong execution and ownership mindset.
Preferred Skills :
- Technical candidates with staffing experience preferred Exposure to LMS platforms and learning analytics Experience in AI-led learning initiatives Exposure to onboarding and workforce readiness programs .
