Roles and Responsibilities :

Should have worked in Manufacturing Sector.

Should be an expert in assessing the behavioral needs.

Should be an expert in creating behavioral module.

Should be an expert in imparting behavioral training and doing regular evaluation.

Should be able to work with business leaders on behavioral needs.

Exposure to module development and implement models for large employee base.

Should be ready to work in a dynamic environment and fast paced organization.
