Job Description

This role is critical in designing, implementing, and driving structured sales capability within our FIT sales teams. The position will focus on SOP creation, strengthening B2B account management skills, improving revenue understanding, and ensuring consistent execution through training and audits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training programs for FIT sales teams
  • Build strong fundamentals in B2B sales, account management, and relationship management
  • Develop high-quality training content and leverage LMS platforms
  • Create and standardize Sales SOPs and process guidelines
  • Provide on-ground coaching and mentoring to sales teams
  • Conduct regular sales audits and ensure process adherence
  • Train teams to understand revenue levers and align sales approach with organizational goals

Key Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in B2B Sales / Travel / Hospitality / Real Estate / BFSI / Telecom
  • Strong background in B2B sales and account management
  • Proven experience in Sales Training & SOP creation
  • Hospitality background preferred

This role reports into the Head of Learning & OD and involves close collaboration with senior stakeholders. Candidates should be prepared for 10–12 days of field visits to handhold sales executives, identify gaps, and mentor teams.
