About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and people-centric HR professional to lead Learning & Development and Employee Engagement initiatives across the organization. The role focuses on driving employee growth, capability development, and culture-building through impactful learning programs, leadership and soft skills training, engagement initiatives, and employee experience activities.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and passionate about creating a strong learning culture while fostering collaboration, employee satisfaction, and workplace engagement across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Learning & Development Responsibilities
Training & Upskilling
- Identify training needs through skill-gap analysis, stakeholder discussions, assessments, and Training Need Analysis (TNA).
- Plan and execute technical, behavioral, leadership, and soft skills training programs aligned with business goals.
- Design and manage annual/monthly learning calendars, onboarding learning plans, workshops, webinars, tech talks, mentorship programs, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Drive upskilling, reskilling, competency development, and continuous learning culture across the organization.
- Collaborate with department heads to address capability gaps and build structured learning pathways for employees at different levels.
- Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, performance tracking, and post-training evaluations.
- Maintain LMS platforms, training records, SOPs, learning trackers, certification programs, and development reports.
- Introduce innovative learning initiatives such as microlearning, learning capsules, and employee development programs to enhance learning engagement and growth.
Employee Engagement Responsibilities
- Drive employee engagement and culture-building initiatives aligned with organizational values and employee experience goals.
- Plan and execute engagement activities including R&R programs, wellness initiatives, townhalls, festive celebrations, team bonding activities, and employee connect sessions.
- Conduct pulse surveys, feedback initiatives, and engagement tracking to improve employee satisfaction, morale, and retention.
- Create monthly engagement calendars, internal communication campaigns, and innovative employee experience programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen workplace culture, collaboration, and employee participation across the organization.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
- 7-8 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR Engagement, or HRBP activities.
- Experience in conducting or coordinating training programs.
- Prior experience in employee engagement initiatives is preferred.
