Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic L&D professional with an MBA in HR and at least 4 years of experience in Learning & Development. The ideal candidate will own end-to-end execution of learning interventions across Ambitcurating customized functional and behavioral solutions, managing vendors, running programs, and driving digital adoption to build organizational capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with HR Business Partners to design and deliver functional and soft skills training programs.
- Prepare and manage the organization-wide Learning Calendar, ensuring seamless end-to-end execution of all programs.
- Manage external L&D consultants and vendors for high-quality content and delivery.
- Lead the full execution of training programs, including facilitation, logistics, and participant engagement.
- Conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs for business stakeholders and the HR team.
- Drive digital learning initiatives, boosting organization-wide uptake through innovative strategies.
- Track program effectiveness via feedback, analytics, and ROI metrics; report insights to leadership.
- Build strong internal communication and branding for all L&D initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications Required
- MBA in HR with 36 years in Learning & Development (financial services exposure preferred).
- Hands-on experience delivering soft skills training programs.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and program design skills.
- Expertise in excel, vendor management, content customization, and end-to-end execution excellence.
- Proficiency in LMS/digital learning platforms.
- Analytical mindset for tracking learning impact and ROI.
- Exceptional presentation, communication and facilitation skills.
CTC: 8-10 lacs (depending on experience and fitment)
