Learning & Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Learning & Development (L&D) Manager to lead our internal training initiatives and elevate organizational productivity. The ideal candidate will function as a Corporate Trainer, LMS Strategist, and Team Leader, responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating impactful learning interventions across the company. This role will play a critical part in enhancing the efficiency and performance of employees, managers, and leaders across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Training Strategy & Development
- Design and implement comprehensive L&D strategies aligned with business goals.
- Develop training modules on:
- Company culture and values
- Product and course knowledge (NEET, JEE, Govt Exams, CA/CMA/ACCA)
- Technical and subject-specific skills
- Software tools and productivity systems
- LMS usage and learning analytics
- Conduct regular training needs assessments using surveys, feedback, and performance data.
2. Training Delivery
- Conduct effective in-house training sessions as a Corporate Trainer.
- Deliver high-impact training for Directors, Category Managers, Senior Leaders, and other key teams.
- Oversee onboarding and induction programs to ensure cultural and functional readiness for new hires.
3. Team Building & Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing L&D team.
- Coach and mentor internal trainers and training coordinators.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation.
4. Learning Management System (LMS) Management
- Manage and optimize the organization's LMS platform for seamless learning delivery.
- Monitor learner progress, completion metrics, and training outcomes.
- Implement LMS engagement initiatives such as gamification and micro-learning.
5. Performance & Productivity Evaluation
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using KPIs and ROI analysis.
- Share insights and reports with senior management on training impact.
- Recommend and execute productivity improvement strategies across departments.
Requirements
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Learning & Development or Corporate Training.
- Prior experience in EdTech or education/training-related industries is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of academic and technical content related to NEET, JEE, CA, CMA, ACCA and skill development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills in Malayalam and English.
- Hands-on experience with LMS systems and learning technologies.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Education, Psychology, Business, or related fields.
- Certifications in L&D, Instructional Design, or Corporate Training will be an added advantage.
