Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Development, Curation & Digitization
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to co-create impactful, relevant, and engaging training materials.
• Curate in-house and external learning resources, ensuring alignment with learning goals and high-quality standards.
• Coordinate the digitization of training content, including e-learning modules, videos, and interactive materials.
• Champion the integration of emerging tools and technologies—including AI and modern authoring platforms—into content development and delivery.
• Maintain a central, well-organized repository of all training content, resources, templates, and feedback documents.
2. Training Operations & Stakeholder Coordination
• Plan and execute logistics for training sessions (virtual and in-person), including scheduling, venue booking, material preparation, and communications.
• Manage the training calendar and ensure timely updates to stakeholders across the business.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for L&D-related queries within the Data Centers division.
• Coordinate with external training vendors, universities, and consultants as required.
3. Learning Offer Management & LMS Utilization
• Support the design, review, and maintenance of the Learning & Development – Data Centers training catalogue.
• Ensure all offerings are kept current, accessible, and aligned with business needs.
• Utilize the Learning Management System (LMS) to manage enrolments, track progress, and generate insights.
• Partner with the broader L&D and the Digital Team to enhance the digital learning experience and participation rates.
4. Data Management & Reporting
• Maintain accurate training records across all formats and systems.
• Analyze training feedback and performance data to evaluate program effectiveness.
• Produce regular and ad-hoc reports on participation, completion, and learning outcomes.
• Work with internal experts to develop and refine dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI.
5. Administrative & Budgetary Support
• Assist with preparation and monitoring of the L&D budget and resource planning.
• Manage inventory of training supplies and vendor invoices.
• Provide general administrative support to the Projects L&D function.
