We are looking for an experienced Manager Learning & Development to lead and manage the end-to-end training function for our operations team. The role will focus on designing, delivering, and improving training programs related to soft skills, behavioural competencies, and leadership development, particularly in a US Staffing/BPO/ITES environment.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience managing the entire training lifecycle, working with global stakeholders, and leading a team of trainers to drive performance improvement and employee capability building.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end training lifecycle, including Training Needs Analysis (TNA), content development, delivery, and evaluation.
- Design and deliver soft skills, behavioural, and leadership development programs for employees across different levels.
- Lead training initiatives for US Staffing/BPO/ITES operations, ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations.
- Collaborate with US stakeholders and business leaders to understand training requirements and implement effective learning solutions.
- Monitor and improve training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Develop learning frameworks, training calendars, and capability-building programs for employees and team leaders.
- Manage and mentor a team of trainers, ensuring consistent training quality and delivery.
- Track and report training metrics, productivity improvements, and learning outcomes.
- Ensure continuous improvement in learning methodologies, tools, and training strategies.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 610 years of experience in Learning & Development.
- Prior experience in US Staffing/BPO/ITES training environment is preferred.
- Strong experience in soft skills, behavioural training, and leadership development.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end training programs.
- Experience working with global clients or US stakeholders will be an advantage.
- Prior team handling/trainer management experience is required.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
