What You Will Be Doing

  • To understand the business strategy for the Tent Studio and develop a strategy for the People development with management. 
  • To conduct Training Needs Analysis and create annual training and development plans, including training calendars, departmental training, and general training.
  • To design yearly and quarterly Learning and development plans, and respective budgets.
  • To create and manage training calendars covering technical, functional, and behavioural programs.
  • To oversee induction and onboarding programs for the smooth integration of new hires.
  • To measure training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and post-training performance outcomes.
  • To conduct skill gap analysis for roles and functions and design role-based skill-up and competency development plans.
  • To coordinate end-to-end training execution, including scheduling, logistics, materials, and attendance.
  • To support performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and development planning.
  • To guide managers on employee engagement, productivity, and team effectiveness.
  • To support organisational development, change management, Process Improvement, and succession planning.
  • To ensure HR Learning and development processes are integrated with ERP/HRMS for accuracy, reporting, and analytics.
  • To maintain training records, learning documentation, and compliance-related data, and prepare HR MIS and dashboards related to training, skill-up, and HRBP activities.
  • To keep himself and the team updated with the latest trends in the market, and mentor and develop the HR team for operational excellence and capability building.
  • To implement HR policies in the organisation and ensure that the team lives by the HR policy.

What you Need to Bring

  • MBA HR or a Bachelor's in a relevant field
  • 4+ years of HR experience (in Learning and Development)
  • Expertise in Learning and development frameworks, Training need analysis, skill gap analysis, performance management system, HR analytics.
  • Strong communication, Coaching, Mentoring, stakeholder management, and relationship building
