Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced L&D Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for employees, particularly in the sales and marketing teams. The role focuses on training new hires about the company's culture, products, processes, and strategies while ensuring standardization across the organization. The L&D Manager will also help establish training frameworks and support HR initiatives by building strong learning and development systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and conduct training programs for new employees on company culture, values, and work standards.
  • Train sales and marketing teams on product knowledge, company processes, strategies, and operational workflows.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sales and marketing functions.
  • Ensure proper standardization of training materials and internal processes across departments.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions for Sales Executives, Marketing Managers, and Sales Managers.
  • Continuously evaluate employee performance and identify training needs for skill improvement.
  • Work closely with HR to ensure training programs align with company policies and HR guidelines.
  • Develop training manuals, presentations, and learning materials to improve employee performance.
  • Monitor and improve the overall learning and development framework within the organization.

Required Skills:

  • Strong training, coaching, and mentoring abilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good understanding of sales and marketing processes
  • Ability to design training modules and SOPs
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • 47 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, HR Development, or Sales Training preferred.
