Role Description The Learning and Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Salem. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning initiatives that support team performance, guest service excellence, and the Radisson Every Moment Matters culture. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting training needs analyses, developing instructional materials, facilitating classroom and on-the-job training, and managing learning programs across departments. The manager will collaborate with hotel leadership to create leadership development pathways, track learning outcomes, and ensure alignment with global Radisson Hotel Group standards and brand values. The role also involves monitoring training effectiveness, maintaining learning documentation, and supporting continuous improvement in employee engagement and capability.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong skills in Training & Development and Training, including needs analysis, program design, and facilitation of group and individual learning sessions.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Learning Management, such as administering learning management systems, tracking participation, and reporting on training metrics.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Instructional Design, including creating structured learning content, manuals, e-learning modules, and blended learning solutions.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Leadership Development, including designing and delivering programs that build supervisory and management capabilities.
  • Relevant experience in hospitality or service-oriented industries, with a track record of implementing effective L&D initiatives.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with hotel leadership, manage multiple projects, and adapt learning solutions to operational needs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Hospitality Management, or a related field; professional certifications in L&D or instructional design are an advantage.
