Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning & Development (L&D) Manager with a strong background in Microsoft Azure technologies to lead our technical training initiatives. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deliver effective training programs to upskill internal teams on Azure-based solutions, certifications, and cloud best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic L&D roadmap focused on Azure technologies for various teams (e.g., DevOps, IT, software engineers).
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and webinars on Azure services.
- Collaborate with technical SMEs to create customized learning paths aligned with business needs and certification goals (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-204, AZ-305).
- Evaluate training effectiveness using metrics, feedback, and performance data.
- Build a culture of continuous learning through e-learning platforms, mentoring, and internal certifications.
- Manage partnerships with external training providers and Microsoft Learning Partners as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with Azure's evolving ecosystem and integrate relevant updates into the L&D strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- Proven experience in L&D management with a strong focus on technical/cloud training.
- Hands-on experience or certifications in Microsoft Azure.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, especially within the Azure environment.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Experience using LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
