We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager to lead our training initiatives and enhance employee capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing effective learning programs that align with our business goals.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps and opportunities for development.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
- Collaborate with department heads to align training with organizational goals.
- Manage the learning management system (LMS) and ensure content is up-to-date and accessible.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and onboarding programs for new employees.
- Monitor and report on training metrics and outcomes.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5-10 years of experience in learning and development or related field.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
- Proficient in designing and delivering training programs both in-person and online.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
