Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Needs Analysis: Identify organizational skills gaps and develop training strategies.
- Training Design & Delivery: Create, maintain, and deliver learning materials, including e-learning, workshops, and induction programs.
- Evaluation & Reporting: Measure the effectiveness of training initiatives and provide reports on progress to management.
- Budget & Vendor Management: Manage L&D budgets and oversee relationships with external trainers or vendors.
- Performance Support: Assist in employee appraisals and career pathing to enhance productivity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager, or similar role.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with e-learning platforms, instructional design, and modern training methodologies.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Education: Typically a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
