Role Description
Objective of the role is to support the lead in designing and implementing various development programs
Key Responsibilities
- Build Home Credit's leadership development core curriculum and rollout through strong partnership with business, function and people partners
- Design and develop for multiple delivery modalities that help leaders learn within the flow of work when possible, including virtual, social and classroom
- To create engaging content on iLearn and manage gamification of the modules
- Select and develop trainers, facilitators and content creators to deliver the core curriculum
- Identify and incorporate new methodologies for evaluating the impact of learning experiences
- Keep abreast of external best practices and benchmarking in the field of leadership development
Work Relations (Jobs / Positions and Cooperation Activities)
Functional Training Teams within the organization and other HR verticals
Required Know-how and Skills
- Total Experience 5+ years
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Articulate
- Hands on experience in instructional designing, storyboarding and gamification of modules
- Platform skills, strong training or performance consultant background
- Background in leadership development theories and frameworks, with proven experience in practical application
- Strong record of operational excellence and ability to move work forward in a matrix environment
- Ability to adapt to rapidly evolving and changing priorities; resilient and flexible
- Strategic, out-of-the-box thinking with practical/real world orientation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills
- Exceptional verbal, written communication and presentation skills to effectively address all levels within the organization
Required Qualification
- Bachelor's / master's degree in human resources, or related field required from a top school
